Being someone of the 21st century it’s hard to not be hard on how you look like as a girl and we miss what should be a priority; Our health.
When you get to a certain age you realise that eating healthy and working out is not about how you look, it is about how you feel and whether you are healthy or not. You will feel a lot better when living a healthy lifestyle, the aesthetics comes after. Your body will start to adjust itself and you will start to look as good as you feel. The way you look should not be the priority, it should be the way you feel.
That brings be to what this blog post is really about. Me and my friend Wilma have started a YouTube channel for trying to motivate ourselves further to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. This channel will be one where we post our journeys as individuals and as a duo. It will be a place that we will grow and learn. One where we will share our workouts and what we eat. It is a place we can help you and a place where you can help us because don’t we all need a helping hand once in a while?
